About
Hi, I'm Kellan.
I build automation systems for a living. The behind-the-scenes plumbing that catches the work people are too busy to do by hand. That's the whole job: make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
A while back I needed some HVAC work done, so I did what everybody does. I pulled up Google and started calling shops. It was after hours. I called one, then the next, then the one after that. Voicemail. Voicemail. Voicemail.
These weren't bad companies. They were good shops run by people who were home with their families, or already out on a call, or just done for the day. But their phone was still ringing, and every ring was a customer like me, ready to book, getting nothing but a beep.
I knew what was happening on the other end, because catching dropped work is exactly what I build. So I built MasterDesk to fix the one leak I kept running into: the after-hours phone. It answers the calls your shop can't, has a real conversation with the caller, and books the job onto your schedule, so the next guy who can't reach anyone ends up on your calendar instead of your competitor's.
It's local, it's hands-on, and when you call, you talk to the person who built the thing. That's me.
No account managers, no ticket queue, no offshore floor reading a script. If something needs to change for your shop, you tell me and I change it. That's the whole point of working with someone local instead of a giant call center that's never set foot in Chicago.
Let's talk shop.
Grab 15 minutes with me. No pitch deck. I'll just show you what your after-hours callers hear right now.
